Product Information

We make every effort to accurately display and describe the details of the products available on the website.  However, we do not guarantee that the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and, match your electronic display (which may not accurately reflect the actual colours and details of the products).  All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock.  We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason.  Prices for all products are subject to change.

Prices

​

All prices quoted are in £ GBP and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed to purchase the product listed at the incorrect price, this is regardless of whether your credit/debit card has been charged.

Order Amendments & Cancellations

​

By placing an order, the customer accepts that the order is final. We will try to accommodate order changes or cancellation requests but cannot guarantee it will be possible. Order changes and cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible via email  to wobblyhorizons@gmail.com.

All cancellations that are requested by the customer will be subject to a charge, as we may have already prepared artwork, ordered stock that we do not hold or re-organised our production line. Please be aware that a minimum charge of 20% of the total of the customer’s order will stand.

Garment Information

​

Garment sizes given on the site are provided by the manufacturer.  They are reasonably accurate but are given as a guide only.  As all orders are personalised and printed to order, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange due to sizing.  If you are unsure of which size to order, please refer to the size guide included on each product page.

Garment images are for illustrative purposes only, and may not accurately represent the actual garment, particularly in relation to garment colours.  If garment or print colour is critical, please contact us before placing an order.  As all orders are personalised and printed to order, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange due to print or garment colour.

Please note, we are printing on clothing, and cannot always achieve an exact colour match. The print result will never look the same as the vibrancy of a screen display or dyed fabric.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Wobbly Horizons harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Wobbly Horizons, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wobbly Horizons assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.
