Refund Policy

Garments

​

As garments (t-shirts, aprons, babygrows, bags, and the like) are personalised items, they are only eligible for a refund or exchange if the garment itself is faulty.  Personalised and tailor-made items are exempt from the Consumer Contracts Regulations.   In the event of finding a fault relating to the product you have received or the print that I have applied for you, please inform me by email at wobblyhorizons@gmail.com or by filling in a contact form within 24 hours of delivery (so I can act to rectify this for you).  Where possible, please provide me with photographs of any issue(s) with the item(s) you have received.  This will help me gain a better understanding of the problem and come to a suitable resolution.

Paintings

​

For paintings, if for any reason you are unhappy with your painting, return it to me within 14 days for a refund and the 14 days commences the day after receipt of the goods.  This is your statutory 'cooling off period'.  A refund for your item will then be issued.  To cancel your order you can email me at wobblyhorizons@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery of your items, quoting your product name.

You must take reasonable care of the items and must not use them.  The item must be in its original condition and undamaged.  Goods which cannot be resold as new will be rejected for refund.  After 14 days I reserve the right to refuse unwanted goods.
